After your subscription has been confirmed, every month we will send you pieces depending on the package you select. What specific items you will receive are determined based on your shopping record and our discussion with you.
If you need an outfit for a particular occasion, please allow a preparation period at least 10 days prior if you need us to check your size and put together items we have on our website, and minimum 14 days prior if you would like to mix and match with other designers.
Our subscription box is shipped on the 10th of every month. Subscribe before the 1st of that month if you would like to receive your subscription box on the 10th. Any registration after the 1st of the month is counted for the next month's delivery and your subscription is set to begin the month that you receive the package.
Typical delivery time is the 10th of every month, or 1 week after your monthly package is processed and confirmed.
One-time purchase option does NOT include shipping fee.
Standard shipping fee (3-5 days) is included in monthly subscription package.
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your box. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with invoice and all tags attached, and in original packaging. We cannot accept exchanges for items damaged due to wear and tear, improper care, or neglect.
Exchange based on availability of our current stocks and values exchanged don’t exceed the monetary value of the package (not the monetary value of item(s) included in the original package), with the price at the moment of the exchange. Complementary shipping fee due to exchange shall be borne by customer.
