Subscription Terms & Conditions
General
You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase a subscription.
Any restrictions on delivery locations are as stated on the Galerie Mode website or in these terms and conditions.
We will contact you to confirm we’ve accepted your order via your confirmation email.
By using our website and making purchases, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. A “subscription” is an arrangement between you and us for you to receive products and/or services from us in exchange for regular payments in advance.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not proceed with the purchase of a Subscription.
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you by email and update them on the website. By continuing to subscribe after changes, you accept the new terms. To ensure you're aware of any updates, we recommend reviewing these terms each time you subscribe.
You can find everything you need to know about Galerie Mode and our products on our website before you order. We also confirm the key information to you in writing after you order in your confirmation email.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for keeping your username and password for the Galerie Mode website confidential. We are not responsible for the misuse of your username or password by any third party, whether or not authorised by you. You agree to immediately notify us upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected use of your details on the Galerie Mode website or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised use of your details.
Any free gifts offered when you purchase a Galerie Mode are subject to availability. When we offer you a gift with the purchase of a Subscription, every effort will be made to supply the gift illustrated but we reserve the right to provide an alternative gift if we cannot supply the original for any reason.
Payment
Unless otherwise stated on the Galerie Mode website, your initial payment is taken at the time of your order.
Charges are as set out at the time of your order. If we change the Subscription price (which we may do at any time), we will notify you of the change and will give you the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the next payment is taken.
All prices stated are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be calculated at checkout.
Your subscription contract will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term, and you will be informed of your subscription term at the time of purchasing your Subscription and in your confirmation email.
a) One-time purchase
This is a one-time service styling package. There is no recurring billing associated with this package.
Full payment for the chosen styling package, including any applicable taxes, is due at the time of purchase.
Upon receipt of full payment, Galerie Mode will provide the services outlined in the chosen styling package description.
If you need an outfit for a particular occasion, please allow a preparation period at least 10 days prior if you need us to check your size and put together items we have on our website, and minimum 14 days prior if you would like to mix and match with other designers.
Due to the personalized nature of the service, refunds are not available for this styling package.
The costs of delivery (if applicable) will be as stated on the Galerie Mode website.
b) Annual, billed monthly
This subscription is for a term of one (1) year, billed monthly. You will be automatically billed for your styling package on a monthly basis for twelve (12) months.
Upon receipt of full payment, Galerie Mode will provide the services outlined in the chosen styling package description.
Galerie Mode team will contact you within 48 hours to understand your needs.
After your subscription has been confirmed, every month we will send you pieces depending on the package you select. What specific items you will receive are determined based on your shopping record and our discussion with you.
If you need an outfit for a particular occasion, please communicate with us and allow a preparation period at least 10 days prior if you need us to check your size and put together items we have on our website.
You'll get charged immediately when you place the initial order. The subscription is automatically renewed and you are charged on the 1st of every month. The package is delivered on the 10th of the month.
Your subscription will keep going month-to-month automatically unless you cancel. We'll securely store your payment info and automatically charge your card each month for renewal at the current price (including any taxes) until you decide to stop.
At least four billing cycles are required before you can cancel or pause your subscription.
Standard shipping fee (3-5 days) within Vietnam is included in the subscription fee. Shipping fee to countries outside of Vietnam shall be borne by the customer.
You agree to pay the current monthly subscription fee for the chosen styling package, plus any applicable taxes (such as sales tax). Pricing is subject to change, but you will be notified of any price increases in advance and have the option to cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
If there is an issue processing your Galerie Mode, we will use reasonable endeavours to contact you to try to ensure you receive an uninterrupted service.
b) Annual, billed upfront
This is a prepaid plan. You get charged immediately for packages that will be delivered every month in a span of 12 months.
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the Subscription.
Standard shipping fee (3-5 days) within Vietnam is included in the subscription fee. Shipping fee to countries outside of Vietnam shall be borne by the customer.

Pricing is subject to change, but you will be notified of any price increases in advance and have the option to cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
Cancellation
You can cancel via your Account or by contacting our customer service team at +84 97 77 38 380 or chat with us.
Cancellation conditions:
- Annual, paid monthly plan: At least four billing cycles are required before you can cancel or pause your subscription.
- Annual, paid upfront plan: You can cancel any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the Subscription.If you choose to cancel early, please note that we will not refund any unused portion of your subscription. Your access to the benefits under your subscription will continue until the end of the current subscription period and no further payments will be taken.
Shipping & Exchange
Typical delivery time is the 10th of every month, or 1 week after your monthly package is processed and confirmed.
One-time purchase option does NOT include shipping fee. The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout, based on the current shipping rate.
Standard shipping fee (3-5 days) within Vietnam is included in the monthly subscription package. Express shipping within Vietnam and international shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your box. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with invoice and all tags attached, and in original packaging. We cannot accept exchanges for items damaged due to wear and tear, improper care, or neglect.
Exchange based on availability of our current stocks, and values exchanged don’t exceed the monetary value of the package (not the monetary value of item(s) included in the original package). Complementary shipping fee due to exchange shall be borne by the customer.

Cancellation
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude our liability to you for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that may not, under English law, be limited or excluded.
Subject to this, in no event shall we be liable to you for any business losses and any liability we do have for losses you suffer arising from any contract shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant subscriptions and is strictly limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.
We shall not be obliged to perform our obligations under this agreement to the extent that we are prevented, hindered or delayed by reason of ‘Force Majeure’ which shall mean any cause or event beyond our reasonable control and including: war, civil war, armed conflict, terrorist attack, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage; compliance with any law or governmental order, strikes, or other industrial disputes, accidents, explosions, breakdowns of plant or machinery, failure of transport links, failure of telecoms links, unavailability of the internet or any utility, fire, flood, storm or adverse weather conditions, epidemic or pandemic, acts of God or failure to perform by our suppliers or subcontractors.
Our liability to you arising under or in connection with these subscription terms or arising from or in connection with any breach or non-performance of these subscription terms no matter how fundamental (including by reason of our negligence) in contract, tort or otherwise in relation to any issue shall be limited to the fees you have paid to us for that issue
